A service or technique described on the website is not necessarily lawful, appropriate, proportionate or available in every case. LPI assesses the purpose, authority, available information, location, safety, privacy and data-protection position before accepting or continuing work.
Website prices are general indications unless expressly stated otherwise. Surveillance duration is assignment-specific. The accepted quotation states the exact Agreed Hours, number of operatives, total operative-hours, rates, VAT, expenses, relief-team arrangements, total price and any Booked Commitment.
Surveillance is planned to reduce the risk of detection, but zero risk cannot be guaranteed. A subject may not appear, may change route or transport, may enter private property, may become alert, or may move in circumstances where continued observation would be unsafe, unlawful or disproportionate. Investigators may create distance, break contact, reposition, pause, withdraw or hand over to a fresh team.
LPI does not guarantee that an investigation will confirm a suspicion, locate a person, establish an address, reveal particular information, capture a specific event, maintain uninterrupted contact or produce evidence suitable for a particular legal purpose. Findings are limited to what can lawfully and reasonably be established during the agreed work.
Public records, online information and information supplied by clients or third parties may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. LPI takes reasonable steps appropriate to the agreed service but cannot control independent sources.
LPI aims to keep website information accurate and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page is free from error. External links are provided for convenience. LPI does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites.
The accepted quotation and LPI's Client Terms and Conditions govern an Assignment. General website content does not vary an accepted contract. The terms applicable to an Assignment are the version supplied when it was accepted.
Nothing on this page or elsewhere on the website excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, the duty to exercise reasonable care and skill, or mandatory Consumer rights.
